Please note that our shipping and processing times have recently been updated. Due to high order volumes, orders may currently take longer than usual to process.
All orders placed on our website now require a processing time of 12–14 business days before being shipped. This includes order handling, quality control, and packaging.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within Sweden usually takes approximately 1–2 business days depending on your location. International shipping times may vary.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Pick Up Orders
We also offer pick up at our studio. If you choose pick up, please contact us after placing your order so we can prepare it for collection. You will be notified once your order is ready for pick up.
Hair In Store
From time to time, we may also have limited hair available in store for immediate purchase. If you need hair urgently, feel free to contact us via DM to check current availability.
