All orders placed on our website require a processing time of 6–8 business days before being shipped. This includes order handling, quality control and packaging. Once your order has been shipped, delivery takes approximately 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
In total, delivery time is usually around 8–12 business days from the day your order is placed. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly during high demand periods.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped, so you can easily follow your package every step of the way.
Pick Up Orders
We also offer pick up at our studio. If you choose pick up at checkout, you will not be charged for shipping. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Hair In Store
From time to time, we also have hair available in store for immediate purchase. If you need hair urgently, feel free to contact us via DM to check current availability.
This way, you can choose the option that works best for you — shipping or pick up.
