Do you offer pick up or in-store purchase?
Yes, we offer pick up at our studio, and sometimes we also have hair available in store for immediate purchase. Contact us via DM or email to check availability.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 6–8 business days. Shipping takes approximately 4–5 business days. Total delivery time is usually 8–12 business days. Read more about Shipping and Delivery time on our blogpost
Can I heat style and color the hair?
Yes, all our hair is 100% human hair and can be heat styled. RAW hair can also be colored and toned. We always recommend professional coloring for best results.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last 6 months to several years, depending on the collection (RAW or Virgin) and how well it’s maintained.
